For our client, an established company in the garage and automotive industry, we are looking for energetic support for a temporary project. Following storm damage, the operation is experiencing an extraordinarily high volume of orders and has put additional parking areas into operation for the affected cars. To optimally manage the organization and processes on site, reinforcing personnel is being sought.

Activities:

• You warmly receive customers and accept the damaged cars.
• You neatly document the vehicle condition and create photographic records of the hail damage.
• You perform the administrative registration during vehicle check-in and carry out the initial inspection.
• You park the inspected cars safely in the newly established parking spaces.
• You coordinate the key handover and inform the workshop team about newly arrived objects.

Qualifications

• You bring very good German language skills (level B2 or higher).
• You have completed training in a technical or commercial field. Alternatively, you bring experience in the reception of a car dealership or a workshop.
• You are extraordinarily strong in communication and enjoy approaching people.
• You possess a category B driver's license for maneuvering the vehicles.
• You have a structured and exact way of working, even in hectic phases.
• Dealing with technical means is not a problem for you.

Key Data:

• You benefit from a temporary employment for a duration of approximately 2 to 6 months.
