To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and reliable person to support our personnel administration. You can expect varied tasks, regular contact with our employees, and a workday where no day is like another.

Here is what awaits you:

• you draft work certificates and intermediate certificates with care and tact
• you support attendance management and maintain the time recording system
• you work actively with our candidate management tool Refline and accompany the recruitment process
• you support payroll administration and contribute to correct processing
• you actively participate in the daily life of HR and assume varied tasks in personnel administration

What you bring:

• a completed CFC commercial apprenticeship
• a service-oriented, open, and reliable personality
• very good knowledge of MS Office and the pleasure of using digital tools
• a precise, structured, and autonomous way of working
• you take on responsibility, think, and are happy to work independently
