Tasks
Independent management of financial and accounts receivable accounting
Support of accounts payable accounting
Management of dunning and collection processes
VAT accounting
Recording of reclassification and general ledger vouchers as well as payment orders
Preparation of interim and annual financial statements
Preparation of commission and expense statements
General administrative work
Profile / Requirements
Completed commercial basic training
Several years of professional experience in accounting
Completed further training as a Finance Clerk is an advantage
Proficient use of MS-Office suite; financial tools (Infoniqa, Sage200) is an advantage
Careful and structured way of working
Reliable, flexible, cheerful, committed personality with initiative
Good German skills
