Tasks

• Preparation of participant information and study materials
• Support in recruiting and supervising the Delphi participants
• Implementation of the Delphi rounds on a special online platform (no programming skills required)
• Support in data management and project documentation
• Support in the analysis of Delphi data (descriptive quantitative and qualitative)
• Support with publication

Profile

• Interest in ethics in the field of mental health and in participatory research
• Strong organizational and communicative skills
• Very good German and English skills
• Ability to work independently and reliably
• Research experience, ideally including qualitative methods, Delphi studies and/or participatory research (however not mandatory)
