As part of a recruitment process, we are looking for the children and adolescents department for a:

Residential home concerned by the recruitment:

• Blanchefleur: The home welcomes children presenting an intellectual disability, an autism spectrum disorder, and/or multiple disabilities, in a structured and warm setting.

Mission :

• Socio-educational and care support for all acts of daily life.
• The development, monitoring, and evaluation of individualized projects for beneficiaries through a system of references.
• Participation in projects related to the organization, functioning, and pedagogical line of the home and the institution.
• Close collaboration with the educational and nursing staff as well as the staff delegated to the home's housekeeping.
• Regular collaboration with the relatives of the beneficiaries and various intra- and extra-institutional partners.

We expect:

• Training as an educator at the ASE/ES/HES level.
• Particular skills in the development, implementation, management, and evaluation of individualized projects for beneficiaries.
• Experience and/or a solid interest in supporting children and adolescents with disabilities, particularly with autism spectrum disorders.
• Experience and/or a solid interest in working with families.
• Good interpersonal and collaborative skills in a multidisciplinary team.
• Creativity and reflective capacity in connection with the dynamics of the home and institutional work.
• Driver's license indispensable.
