For our client, a modern and successful timber construction company in the Altbüron region in the Luzerner Hinterland, we are looking for a motivated Carpenter EFZ for assembly. The family-run business develops and realizes diverse timber construction projects – from the production of individual components to the fully finished building. You can expect varied work in system construction, façade construction, interior finishing, and remodeling. The company is characterized by a very good working atmosphere, regulated working hours, and appreciative interaction.

This is a long-term temporary assignment with the possibility of permanent employment with the client company. If it suits you and the company, a later takeover is expressly desired.

Job Description

As a carpenter, you will work on different timber construction projects and take responsibility from production to assembly.

Your tasks include:

• Production of timber construction and system construction elements
• Assembly of prefabricated timber elements on the construction site
• Erecting timber construction structures
• Assembly of façades and façade elements
• Execution of interior finishing work
• Cooperation in remodeling and renovations
• General carpentry and timber construction work
• Working according to plans and technical drawings
• Adjusting and finishing components on the construction site
• Independent execution of assigned work
• Cooperation with project managers, foremen, and assembly teams
• Quality and timely completion of the work

Requirement Profile

• Completed vocational training as Zimmermann/Zimmerin EFZ
• Professional experience in timber construction or in assembly is an advantage
• Motivated recent graduates are also welcome
• Experience in erecting, element construction, or façade construction is an advantage
• Manual dexterity and technical understanding
• Confident handling of machines and tools
• Ability to read construction plans and technical drawings
• Independent, precise, and reliable way of working
• Enjoyment of varied work in production and on construction sites
• Team player, down-to-earth, and committed personality
• Good German skills
• Category B driver's license is an advantage
• Residence in the region of Altbüron, Grossdietwil, Willisau, Zell, Dagmersellen, Sursee, or in the adjacent Aargau or Bern is an advantage
