THE ROLE

We are looking for a Global E-commerce Coordinator to join our global Digital Business team as part of a 6-month fixed-term contract, replacing a maternity leave.

In this position, you will report to our Global E-Commerce Manager and will be responsible for supporting the execution of corporate e-commerce projects and ensuring smooth coordination between different teams. You will contribute to the company's digital growth by supporting project execution, strengthening our digital presence with wholesale partners, and ensuring the smooth running of e-commerce operations. Key responsibilities & missions, including but not limited to:

Corporate e-commerce operations & project coordination:

  • Coordinate and execute e-commerce tasks on Adobe Commerce, ensuring accurate and timely updates. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: resolving order management issues, system maintenance, price updates, creation of product pages (PDP), collaboration with external parties on product descriptions according to the product roadmap, coordination of feature updates, management of translations and data updates, market support, and training. Also ensure the continuity of e-commerce actions in case of absence.
  • Create and maintain support documentation, highlighting best practices for our upcoming new e-commerce platform.
  • Support and assist the optimization of final objectives on the website: updating the store locator, Check and Reserve updates, Mall Clicks updates. Act as the point of contact for international market requests.
  • Help improve and optimize the customer experience on the corporate site.
  • Work closely with the Global E-Commerce Manager on local e-merchandising strategy, e-commerce projects, the roadmap, and growth opportunities.

Marketplace & third-party distributor coordination:

  • Maintain marketplaces & digital marketing activities in collaboration with local teams and agencies (Amazon, Rakuten, Naver, JD, Tmall, Onliners).
  • Ensure the smooth functioning of third-party marketplaces, guaranteeing that product listings are consistent and optimized.

Special Bracelet Project:

  • With the support of the Global Ecommerce Manager, develop and coordinate how we sell bracelets online in collaboration with all relevant internal departments.

YOUR SKILLS

  • University degree in Marketing, Sales, Digital or business administration
  • Initial experience in e-commerce and online commerce management is a plus
  • Digital native and passionate about e-commerce
