• You have good German skills in speaking and writing to safely understand work instructions and ensure smooth communication in the team.
• Ideally, you already have experience in the food industry or in a production facility.
• A strong awareness of hygiene and the consistent adherence to quality specifications are natural for you.
• You are physically resilient and ready to perform physically demanding work. This also includes lifting and carrying loads up to 20 kg.
• You are a reliable, motivated, and team-oriented personality who enjoys rolling up your sleeves.
