Cleaning/Kitchen Employee

Main tasks:

• Cleaning of the entire restaurant (floors, toilets, outdoor area)
• Washing dishes and kitchen utensils
• Assistance with mise en place work and in the cold kitchen
• Monitoring and implementation of hygiene guidelines and standards
• Flat hierarchy and much personal responsibility in a small, familiar team

Requirements:

• Interest in working in a restaurant and cultural operation
• Friendly, helpful and motivated personality
• Experience in a similar position an advantage
• Good to very good oral German skills
• Clean and well-groomed appearance
• Independent work and teamwork
• Irregular working hours (working in the evening, Zimmerstunde, weekend...)
• Good physical constitution
