Around 570 employees ensure in various meaningful and varied activities every day that our passengers reach their destination safely, punctually and relaxed. Together, we make a significant contribution to the development of sustainable mobility in the region.

To ensure maternity leave cover, we are looking for an experienced Communication Specialist on a temporary basis for the period from February 2027 to October 2027.

Your field of activity

• You make the new RBS station tangible: During the "Tag der offenen Baustelle" 2027, you will lend a hand in operational event organization, take on administrative tasks and thus help to ensure that thousands of visitors pass safely and well-informed through the heart of "Zukunft Bahnhof Bern".
• You put important RBS moments in the spotlight: You accompany events communicatively - from the planning of messages and content to the creation of communication media and reporting on our internal and external channels. In doing so, you work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
• You get to the point on future topics: You take on diverse communication tasks, especially regarding the topics of rolling stock and infrastructure, recognize exciting stories and prepare complex content in an understandable and target-group-oriented manner for internal and external channels. In doing so, you take responsibility, coordinate with the involved specialist departments and independently bring your topics to their goal.

You bring with you

• a higher education in the field of communication
• professional experience in the independent management of communication projects and in the implementation of classic communication measures
• experience in event organization and project management
• confident appearance towards external target groups
• interest in public transport
