As part of a maternity leave replacement, we are looking for a communication officer who will oversee the planning of information and communication actions for the services of the Directorate. Main mission(s)
Develop communication plans for the projects of the directorate and its services based on the strategies set by the Directorate
Execute the implementation of internal and external communication actions related to projects, missions and events, as well as relations with citizens in connection with the missions of the Directorate of the Directorate
Report the information necessary for the proper functioning of the service and contribute to other missions or services related to its field of activity
Profile
Master's in communication or public relations or training deemed equivalent
Professional experience in the field of communication desired
Good knowledge of the Romandie media
Professional experience or good knowledge of public administration and public service institutions, an asset
Excellent knowledge of communication tools, internet and social networks
Very good knowledge of layout and image processing tools
