• Stabilization and maintenance of independence and quality of life in the home setting
• Crisis intervention and support in challenging situations
• Independent case management and treatment planning
• Cooperation with the interprofessional team of the Klinik für Alterspsychiatrie
• Counseling and networking with relatives, authorities, and referrers

Profile

• Degree as dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH
• Experience in geriatric psychiatry/Spitex is an advantage
• Joy and interest in interacting with older people and their individual life situations
• Empathy, patience, and an appreciative attitude towards experienced people
• Confident demeanor even in the case of cognitive changes and/or impairments
• Independent, responsible way of working
• Driver's license Cat. B
