Your tasks
Leadership and further development of the Quality and Risk Management department
Planning, coordination, and implementation of surveys, audits, and certifications (including sanaCERT Suisse)
Ensuring compliance with legal requirements
Integration of internal and external feedback management
Management of quality projects and general projects within the framework of strategy implementation
Ensuring effective governance, risk, and compliance management (GRC) including risk assessment, measure controlling, and reporting to the hospital management
Responsibility for referral management
Advising and supporting the hospital management and employees as the Data Protection Officer
Leadership of commissions as well as leadership of a small team
Your profile
Completed studies in the field of health management, quality management, or comparable training
Several years of professional experience in quality and risk management, ideally in healthcare
Sound knowledge of data protection law
Strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills
Strong communication, persuasive personality with negotiation skills
