Employee Administration & Organisation 40 % Department: Health Start date: or by agreement Tasks In the internship organization of the Bachelor's degree program in Occupational Therapy, you will support us with administrative, organizational, and quality assurance tasks. You are an important contact person for practice partners, lecturers, and students and contribute to a professional and smooth organization of the internships. In doing so, you maintain and care for relevant information and data management systems, in particular Moodle, CRM applications, and other digital platforms. You coordinate administrative processes, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, and participate in quality assurance as well as the continuous further development of the internship organization. Profile You have completed a commercial or comparable training as well as experience in administrative and organizational activities. Routine use of Microsoft 365 is part of your profile, as is the willingness to get to know new digital applications. In addition, you bring practical knowledge in using Moodle, CRM systems, or comparable platforms. Ideally, you have already been able to gain experience in the healthcare sector or in an educational or higher education context. You communicate confidently with different stakeholders, are interested in quality management and process optimization, and work independently, structured, and service-oriented.
