Your field of responsibility In this versatile function, together with the HR team, you will take over all operational HR tasks: * Execution of monthly payroll processing * Support and accompaniment of the recruitment process from the job posting to the hiring * Creation of employment contracts, work certificates and other HR documents * Administration of entries and exits as well as changes * Support in absence management, social insurance and other personnel processes * Participation in various HR projects and administrative tasks Requirement profile * Completed further training as HR-Fachfrau / HR-Fachmann with federal diploma or comparable training * Several years of professional experience in operational HR * Sound knowledge of payroll processing as well as Swiss labor and social insurance law * Very good user knowledge of SwissSalary * Experience in recruiting and personnel administration * Independent, structured and reliable way of working * High level of discretion as well as strong service and team orientation SGV Holding AG SGV Holding stands for a traditional company characterized by a passion for shipping.
