Pre-intern in Work Agogics, 60-80 %

For the Handwerk & Logistik operation, we are looking for half a year of reinforcement in the team as of 1 November 2026 or by arrangement.

Tasks ##

• You accompany work agogists in work preparation as well as in order-related specialist instruction.
• You support the deployment planning of the participants.
• You provide practical cooperation and relieve work agogists in everyday work.
• You participate in team meetings.
• You perform administrative tasks.

Profile ##

• Federal Certificate of Proficiency in a professional field from crafts and logistics (carpenter, seamstress, mechanic, logistician or related professions)
• Planned course in work agogics
• Openness and understanding towards people with disabilities
• Ability for self-reflection
• Flexibility, teamwork, resilience and strong communication skills

Wichtig: The position with us is not a training position, but a pre-internship for the work agogics course.
