Introduction

For our customer in the Solothurn region, we are looking for a Customer Advisor 100% (m/f/d) for a fixed-term project of approx. 6 to 7 weeks.

Type of work

• Advising customers at the end of the process
• Explaining further procedures and possibilities
• Information on repair possibilities on site
• Contact person for questions regarding the process
• Ensuring professional and customer-oriented support

Requirement profile

• Enjoyment of personal customer contact and advising
• Very good German skills
• Italian language skills are an advantage
• Experience in the automotive sector, the insurance industry or in a comparable function is an advantage
• Open, communicative and customer-oriented appearance
• Independent and reliable way of working
• Motivated career changers welcome
