Clerk Dispatching 80 - 100% (temporary 6 months)

?Your tasks

• In this exciting role, you will support our dispatching in the daily operational business.
• You will look after our driver-fitters and are in regular exchange with our clients.
• You will receive orders by telephone and in writing and handle inquiries as well as complaints.
• You will process deviations and damage cases independently and in a solution-oriented manner.
• You will create and coordinate loading lists as part of your versatile area of responsibility.

Our requirements

• You have experience in clerical work as well as very good German skills in speaking and writing.
• You are prepared to step in on Saturdays if necessary.
• Teamwork gives you pleasure, and you convince through your high social competence, fairness, and reliability.
• You are an open, conscientious personality and appreciate a lively and varied everyday working life.
