On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a saleswoman (M/F) at 50%

Your future responsibilities:

• You will welcome customers with a smile and advise them.
• You will sell coffees, drinks and other products from the store.
• You will ensure the sale and careful presentation of the various products in the boutique.
• You will prepare orders with care and ensure customer satisfaction
• You will perform checkout operations with rigor and professionalism.
• You will ensure restocking and the enhancement of products in the sales area.
• You will participate in stock monitoring and signal replenishment needs.
• You will contribute to maintaining a welcoming, clean and perfectly orderly sales area.
• You will share your knowledge about the different coffees, their origins and their characteristics.
• You will collaborate actively with the team in order to guarantee quality service and a pleasant customer experience.

Your profile:

• You are a welcoming, smiling person oriented towards customer satisfaction. You enjoy human contact and possess an excellent sense of service.
• You are dynamic, organized, reliable and know how to work autonomously while enjoying teamwork.
• You express yourself with ease and know how to advise customers with professionalism and courtesy.
• You are comfortable with IT tools and master the common applications necessary for the management of sales, orders and administrative tasks.
• You demonstrate flexibility, punctuality and a real interest in the world of coffee and quality products.
• You are available immediately and reside in the Bulle region or surroundings.
