Customer Service Collaborator M/F (French-German)

Altrajob accompanies its client, a company active in the industrial sector. In order to strengthen its Human Resources department, we are looking for a:

HR Generalist at 80% M/F

>>> Your missions:

• Ensure the administrative management of temporary employees * Participate in the management of the employee life cycle, from their entry to their departure * Manage personnel files and ensure the follow-up of HR documents * Provide support in payroll management and the follow-up of variable elements * Respond to common employee requests and ensure HR administrative follow-up * Contribute to the smooth functioning of the Human Resources department

>>> Your profile:

Benefiting from the HRSE certificate as an HR manager or an equivalent training, you have at least 5 years of experience in human resources, in administrative personnel management.

Experience in supporting payroll management would be an asset.

You master French and possess good knowledge of German (level B1) and/or English (level B1).

Organized, rigorous and endowed with a good sense of service, you enjoy teamwork and know how to manage priorities with autonomy and discretion.
