Accounting & HR Specialist (60-80%)

Introduction

For our client, we are looking for a reliable Financial Accounting & Personnel Administration Specialist (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement. In this role, you will manage central tasks in accounting, payroll administration, and human resources. You can expect a varied working day with a high degree of personal responsibility and direct contact with employees, customers, and business partners.

Tasks

• Management of accounts payable and accounts receivable, including dunning processes
• Control of incoming payments and monitoring of rent payments
• Preparation of balance sheet, income statement, and annual financial statements
• Execution of monthly payroll processing as well as the required annual reconciliations
• Support with various tasks in personnel administration
• Handling of written and telephone correspondence
• Undertaking general administrative and organizational activities

Profile

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Sound experience in financial accounting and bookkeeping
• Knowledge of payroll accounting and personnel administration is an advantage
• Proficient use of common office and accounting programs
• Independent, exact, and reliable way of working
• Friendly communication and enjoyment of contact with different contact persons
• Good organization and overview even with a higher workload
