About the role

As part of this student mission until the end of December, you will participate in a Data Cleaning project within an IT and security department. You will contribute to the structuring and organization of data while supporting the team in its daily activities.

Tasks
-------

• Clean and organize data: identify duplicates, sort digital files, and structure existing information
• Optimize document management: develop and implement a clear, efficient filing system adapted to the needs of the department
• Ensure administrative follow-up: manage emails, track daily tasks via a Kanban tool, and ensure the proper organization of activities

We are looking for

• Good command of the Microsoft Office 365 environment
• Excellent command of French
• Autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills.
