MPM is the cooperative of milk producers in Aargau and adjacent areas. Together with our subsidiary AZM Verwaltungs AG, we represent the interests of our members and provide diverse services.
We are a small, motivated team and are looking for a personality as
Head of Finance and Real Estate (70 %)
starting 1. January 2027 or by arrangement due to the retirement of the current job holder.
You support the Managing Director and the bodies in professional and organizational matters. This function offers a wide spectrum of tasks and requires a strong hands-on readiness.
Your tasks
Management of our properties including tenant administration and building maintenance
Responsibility for the accounting of three companies (incl. closings, budget, reporting, taxes)
Management of AZM Verwaltungs AG in close coordination with the Board of Directors
Administration of financial investments
Personnel and general administration
We expect
Sound training in finance and accounting
Experience with real estate and financial investments
Confident handling of IT applications
Independent working, strong communication skills, negotiation skills and team spirit
