Your tasks

• You ensure a smooth daily routine.
• You are the contact person for our customers.
• You organize appointment scheduling, customer care, and studio processes.
• You conduct personal nutrition, health, and goal discussions with our customers.
• You professionally accompany our customers on their way to weight reduction, more well-being, and a more active lifestyle.
• After thorough training, you carry out our bodyforming, metabolism, and wellness treatments.
• You advise interested parties and present our concept convincingly.
• You conduct sales conversations, create suitable offers, and accompany interested parties until the conclusion.
• You take care of new customer acquisition, customer retention, and the further development of the customer base.
• You ensure high service quality and ensure that our customers always feel professionally and warmly cared for.
• You take on administrative tasks and support the planning of promotions and marketing measures.
• You actively work towards the revenue and goal achievement of the studio.

What you bring with you

• Ideally training as a nutrition consultant, movement educator, experience in weight management / weight loss coaching, beautician, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in customer consulting, sales, and/or studio management is an advantage.
• Enthusiasm for the topics of nutrition, movement, health, weight loss, and bodyforming.
• You enjoy motivating people and accompanying them long-term.
• You are strong in communication, confident, and present yourself professionally and sympathetically.
• You can inspire customers for our concept and have no hesitation regarding sales conversations.
• You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented.
• You like taking on responsibility and can motivate and lead a small team.
• Very good German skills; Swiss German is an advantage.
• A V-NISSG certificate of competence is an advantage or the willingness to acquire it.
