We wish to strengthen this transversality with an experienced profile in Salaries, endowed with a good understanding of the accounting and financial mechanisms related to payroll. ### Your responsibilities: * Prepare, control and close salaries. * Process and verify variable payroll elements. * Ensure the administrative follow-up of entries, exits, salary modifications and absences. * Manage aspects related to social insurance, allowances and withholding tax. * Participate in the reconciliations between payroll data and accounting. * Understand and control the accounting entries related to salaries and social charges. * Contribute to the monthly and annual closing work related to personnel costs. * Analyze deviations or unusual variations in payroll. * Prepare the necessary supporting documents in the context of controls and audits. * Contribute to the continuous improvement and digitalization of Salary processes. ### Your profile: * Training in the field of HR, management, accounting or training deemed equivalent. * Confirmed experience in the field of salaries. * Experience in a fiduciary is an asset. * Good knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system. * Excellent foundations in payroll accounting. * Strong ease with numbers and ability to analyze deviations. * Excellent mastery of Excel and experience with a payroll management system or an HR ERP. ### We offer you: ### A transversal role: You collaborate closely with the HR and Finance & Controlling teams ### An expanded expertise: You develop your understanding of the accounting and financial impacts of payroll ### A concrete contribution: You strengthen controls, data quality and the analysis of deviations ### An evolving function: You participate in the continuous improvement and digitalization of Salary processes ### Have we aroused your interest?
