On behalf of an established financial services company in the Schwyz area, we are looking for a committed HR professional. The position offers a versatile area of responsibility throughout the entire employee lifecycle and is suitable for an independent, experienced personality with a high service orientation.

Your area of responsibility ###

• Responsibility for personnel administration from entry to exit
• Support and collaboration in the entire recruitment process
• Preparation and execution of the monthly payroll processing
• Advising employees and managers on HR matters
• Collaboration in the optimization of HR processes and administrative workflows
• Creation of employment contracts, confirmations and other HR documents
• Support with general personnel projects and organizational tasks

Your profile ###

• Further training as an HR specialist with federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis)
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable function
• Independent, structured and discreet way of working
• Trustworthy, integral and down-to-earth personality
• High flexibility as well as strong service orientation
• Confident handling of common MS Office applications
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating with different stakeholders
