For our client in the Chur/Graubünden region, we are looking for a committed and number-oriented personality with several years of experience in accounts receivable accounting. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage. The position is to be filled immediately on a temporary basis as additional support in the team for at least 3 months. The possibility for a permanent position exists and will be evaluated during the assignment. Our client places great value on an appreciative and respectful corporate culture.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• The daily posting of incoming and outgoing payments as well as the reconciliation with the corresponding open item lists are part of your area of responsibility
• In addition, you create, post and send outgoing invoices as well as credit notes and take care of the management and maintenance of the accounts receivable accounts
• The reconciliation of bank and cash pool accounts as well as the intercompany reconciliation in the accounts receivable area also fall within your area of responsibility
• Your field of activity is rounded off by the dunning process as well as the preparation of Intrastat reports, summary reports and VAT pre-registrations for Germany, Austria and Switzerland

You offer your new employer:

• A completed commercial apprenticeship as well as further training as a specialist in accounting with a federal diploma or an equivalent or higher qualification form your professional basis
• You already bring at least three to five years of professional experience in accounting
• An exact, structured and conscientious way of working as well as strong analytical skills characterize you
• Ideally, you bring sound knowledge in SAP S/4HANA and are experienced in dealing with ERP systems
