What you bring with you

• Completed vocational training as Kaufmann/-frau EFZ
• Experience as Personalfachfrau/-mann (corresponding further training is an advantage)
• Practical experience in social work and work pedagogy desired or the willingness to undergo further training in this regard
• Structured way of working and willingness to perform administrative tasks
• Ability to remain calm in difficult situations, keep an overview, and maintain boundaries
