Customer Service and Sales Back Office Clerk 50-60 % (m/f/d)

In our manufacturing facility in Schänis, we rely on traditional craftsmanship and modern technologies to manufacture first-class mattresses and beds that meet the highest demands.

Your tasks

• Support the customer service in daily business: processing customer inquiries and orders via various channels as well as assisting with route planning
• Support the sales back office in recording customer orders
• Point of contact for telephone customer inquiries as well as processing email inquiries
• Support in the care of our end customers and trade partners
• Ensuring a high service level and solution-oriented communication
• Close cooperation with internal departments such as production, purchasing, field service, and customer service

Your profile

• Commercial basic training or comparable training
• Initial professional experience in sales back office, customer service, or a comparable position
• Enjoyment of daily customer contact
• Very good language skills in German and French (English and Italian an advantage)
• Proficient in handling ERP systems and common MS Office applications
• Strong customer and service orientation, high communication skills, and teamwork ability
• Reliable, structured way of working with high self-motivation
