About the role ##

For our client, a public entity present in the canton of Genève, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant at 50% to reinforce the current team.
You will have the opportunity to learn more about the public sector, while developing your skills in administration.

Ideally, we are looking for availability throughout the week, but we can show flexibility regarding your class schedule.

Tasks ##

Taking charge of data entry and scanning mail for file processing.

• Reception and processing of mail
• Sorting and filing of current files
• Recording and entering computer data

We are looking for ##

• Being currently in university studies or in a gap year
• First experience in the administrative field is an asset (internships can be considered)
• To be available at 50% on the mentioned dates

To succeed in this role, your personal skills are as follows:

• Autonomy
• Good organization
• Good communication
