Payroll Administrator M/F 100%-80%

Urgent temporary mission for a duration of 1 to 3 months

Job Description
--------------------

• Management of the payroll process and social insurances (approximately 400 employees), fixed and variable salaries
• Management of withholding tax in various cantons in French-speaking Switzerland
• Processing of sickness, accident, and other absence cases
• Processing of various administrative documents (employer certificates, intermediate earnings...)
• Various administrative tasks in support of human resources

Profile sought
-----------------

• HR administrator certificate and/or training in social insurances
• Successful experience in payroll management of at least 3 years in Switzerland
• Mastery of Abacus software and Excel
• Rigor and precision
• Good capacity for adaptation and autonomy
• Service and team oriented
