Job description
The Gioia Cares GmbH is a private institution that has been committed to the compatibility of family and career since 2015. The company comprises 9 locations, two of which have an integrated day center for seniors. We relieve working parents and enable them to pursue their profession with a clear conscience. Conceptually, we follow the early childhood education concept and create diverse opportunities for small children, preschool children, and school children to explore the world according to their interests. The well-being and personal needs of the children are our central focus. For the Kita Stettlen, we are looking for a Specialist in Childcare EFZ 50% as of 01.11.2026 or by arrangement (option for temporary increase in workload: 01.12.2026 to 15.01.2027 100%). Your tasks:

You are responsible for the conscientious accompaniment and the age-appropriate promotion of the children.
As a specialist, you take on co-responsibility for designing everyday life in the Kita with imagination, enthusiasm, and empathy, and create a great environment with your team.
You bring with you:

A completed apprenticeship as a Specialist in Childcare Child EFZ
