About Coffee Corner
Coffee Corner is a rapidly expanding Lausanne-based coffee shop brand, which currently has two establishments in Lausanne.

Our concept is that of a modern and gourmet coffee shop, with an offering that evolves with trends and seasons. We offer a wide selection of drinks accompanied by a pastry selection.
We pay particular attention to the quality of our products, the creativity of our menu, and the experience offered in our establishments.

On the gourmet side, cinnamon rolls have become one of Coffee Corner's signatures, with different recipes and flavors developed throughout the seasons.

With two coffee shops today and an activity in full growth, Coffee Corner is pursuing its development. In order to accompany this expansion and strengthen our production, we are looking for a Pastry Chef wishing to join the adventure and actively contribute to the development of our offering.

Your mission
Within our production laboratory located in Prélaz, you will participate in the daily production of our viennoiseries and pastries intended for our various points of sale.
In a context of growth, we are looking for a person capable of ensuring regular and high-quality production, while participating in its organization and evolution.

Your main responsibilities will be:
Ensure the daily production of our cinnamon rolls, viennoiseries, and pastries;
Prepare doughs, fillings, creams, glazes, and other preparations necessary for production;
Guarantee constant quality of products, both in terms of taste and presentation;
Organize and anticipate production according to the needs of our various points of sale;
Participate in the development and testing of new recipes, flavors, and seasonal creations;
Contribute to the improvement of production methods and processes as Coffee Corner develops;
Ensure the monitoring of raw materials and contribute to efficient stock management;
Maintain the laboratory, equipment, and material in an excellent state of cleanliness;
Rigorously apply hygiene and food safety standards.

Your profile
We are looking for a person passionate about their profession, rigorous, and wishing to invest themselves in a developing entrepreneurial project.
You ideally correspond to the following profile:
Training in pastry, bakery-pastry or equivalent professional experience; CFC or AFP
Experience in the production of pastries and/or viennoiseries;
Good mastery of basic pastry techniques;
Experience with leavened doughs and viennoiserie constitutes an important asset;
Ability to effectively organize production and respect planned quantities and deadlines;
Sense of detail and high standards regarding quality;
Autonomy, reliability, and good organization;
Creativity and interest in the development of new products;
Team spirit and desire to invest in the growth of a young local brand.
