Temporary (Senior) Payroll Specialist, 60-100%

For our pool of temporary specialists, we are looking for experienced payroll professionals who will support our customers for a limited period and are employed by Humanis AG during their assignment. Temporary (Senior) Payroll Specialist, 60-100%

Your tasks

• Assistance in processing the payroll run and, if necessary, the year-end work
• Participation in the processing of withholding tax and social security statements
• Notifications to social insurance institutions and authorities (entries, exits, mutations, wage data)
• Processing of family allowances, loss of earnings compensation, maternity compensation, etc.
• Processing of long-term absences and IV coordination including salary reductions

Your profile

• At least 5 years of experience in the field of payroll
• Proficient in Swiss payroll accounting; taxes, social insurance and labor law
• Experience in the ERP SAP HCM is a must-have, good knowledge of Excel
• Personal responsibility, independent working, a high quality standard and an open error culture
• German as a native language and English from level B2, any further language is an advantage

The company offers

• Employment conditions: via Humanis AG on an hourly wage basis (42h/ week and 4 weeks vacation)
• PK: 50/50, KTG/UVG covered by Humanis AG
• Home Office: determined by the customer, by arrangement and after personal acquaintance
• Place of work: German-speaking Switzerland
• Start: upon request of the customer
