IT System Engineer IT Generalist 60 - 80 % (m/f)

As an IT System Engineer / IT Generalist, you will take on a versatile role in our company.

You are responsible for the smooth operation of our IT systems, support our employees with technical questions, and continuously develop existing applications and processes. In doing so, you will work closely with the management and coordinate external IT service providers as needed.

We are looking for a versatile IT all-rounder who enjoys working independently, takes responsibility, and is also willing to familiarize themselves with new technologies and applications.

Your tasks:

• Independent support and further development of our internal IT infrastructure
• Administration of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune as well as Windows workstations and user permissions
• Ensuring stable IT operations as well as analysis and rectification of technical malfunctions
• Support of our network and server infrastructure, including WLAN, VPN and basic IT security
• Technical support and advice for our employees regarding IT questions
• Support, optimization and further development of existing business applications, especially our internal CRM system using AI-supported development tools
• Support with the technical configuration of our parking meters, camera systems and associated network components
• Coordination and cooperation with external IT service providers and software developers
• Documentation of IT systems, processes and technical solutions
• Identification and implementation of meaningful digitalization opportunities and process improvements

What you bring with you:

• Completed training in the field of computer science (EFZ, HF or comparable) or corresponding practical professional experience
• Sound knowledge in the administration of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Windows environments
• Good knowledge in the areas of network technology, VPN, server operation and IT security
• Experience in IT support as well as pleasure in independently analyzing and solving technical problems
• Interest in different IT systems and the willingness to independently familiarize yourself with new applications
• Confident and responsible handling of modern digital tools and AI applications
• Structured, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong sense of responsibility as well as a high degree of independence
• Service-oriented communication and enjoyment in dealing with people
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Basic knowledge in software development as well as the ability to comprehend, check and test AI-generated code before productive use are an advantage.
