What awaits you:

• Creating, consolidating and tracking supply chain reports
• Supporting tolling reports
• Administrative support in change control, audit and CAPA processes including deadline monitoring
• Coordinating and accompanying onboarding and offboarding activities within the Site Supply Chain
• Supporting the Scan Competence Center through scanning, document filing and second review according to applicable specifications
• Maintaining documentation, QM-relevant documents as well as general administrative support for the team

What you should bring with you:

• Completed apprenticeship EFZ as a process specialist, technical clerk or a comparable training
• Professional experience in administrative business processes, in the supply chain environment or in a similar function
• Good MS Office skills as well as experience in handling common IT and document management systems
• Structured, independent and reliable way of working as well as a quick grasp; business fluent German skills in spoken and written form
