Do you want to pass on your expertise and professionally accompany learners on their path into the nursing profession? For our client, an established institution in long-term care with over 150 employees, we are looking for a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH for the area of vocational training.

Requirement profile ##

• Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH or an equivalent training recognized in Switzerland
• Professional experience in long-term care
• Vocational trainer course or SVEB 1 is an advantage
• Joy in accompanying and promoting learners
• Independent and responsible way of working

Tasks ##

• Accompanying and promoting learners in everyday nursing care
• Designing learning and training situations
• Participation in qualification procedures and training processes
• Participation in the further development of vocational training
