Social Worker 80-100% ##

Your daily routine ###

In this versatile function, you will accompany and care for adolescents and young adults in our two offerings, Day Care and Supported Living. In doing so, you move between direct accompaniment in everyday life, social-pedagogical key person work, and the further development of our still young offerings.

In Day Care, you take over the social-pedagogical responsibility during the day for the adolescents who are completing training at the Burghof. You are a reliable contact person for them, support them with personal, social, and training-related topics, and shape a sustainable daily structure together with them. This also includes accompaniment during lunchtime as well as close cooperation with the companies and other internal specialists.
In Supported Living, you accompany adolescents and young adults on their way to an increasingly independent life. The young people live in apartments outside of the Burghof and are visited and accompanied by you regularly in their own living environment. Together, you work on individual topics such as household management, finances, administration, training and work, health, social relationships, and independent life management.

Furthermore, you take on key person work, conduct interviews and assessments, work together with legal guardians, referring agencies, and other specialist offices, and document the accompaniment process.
Since the two offerings are still being built up and are in development, we wish for a person who enjoys thinking along, further developing existing structures, and contributing new ideas. You actively help shape workflows and social-pedagogical structures and are ready to further develop proven methods as well as new approaches together with the team.
