IT Systems and Infrastructure Specialist (M/F) at 80%

Mission: As part of the development of digital resources for secondary II, you are responsible for providing level 1 and 2 IT support to users of the CEJEF Divisions located in Delémont. You participate in the administration, operation, and maintenance of IT systems. You administer physical and virtual servers. You ensure the proper functioning of communication systems and the network infrastructure. You manage Microsoft environments, particularly Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365. You install, configure, and ensure the maintenance of workstations, peripherals, and associated equipment. You participate in backup management and contribute to the security of information systems. You maintain up-to-date technical documentation. You participate in IT infrastructure evolution and modernization projects. You collaborate with suppliers, service providers, and external partners.

Profile: You hold an ES diploma, or an equivalent training deemed appropriate in the field of IT. Certifications or additional training in Microsoft systems, networks, or virtualization would be an asset. Ideally, you have proven experience in level 1 and 2 user support. You have very good knowledge of Microsoft environments, notably Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365. You possess experience in the administration of virtualized systems, as well as good knowledge of PowerShell scripting and computer networks (LAN, VLAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP). Experience in administering Linux environments, as well as knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, or equivalent), would be an advantage. You possess a developed sense of user service as well as a good ability to communicate with various interlocutors of varying technical levels. You also demonstrate a real aptitude for accompanying and advising users in the adoption of digital tools and best practices regarding IT security. You are able to work both independently and in a team. You know how to manage priorities and work effectively under pressure, while demonstrating rigor and good organizational skills.
