Through the implementation of its strategies for agriculture and food, revegetation, and biodiversity, it develops concrete projects reconciling environmental challenges, local food production, and the well-being of the population. In this context, the Service de l'environnement is looking for: Experienced Project Manager at 90% to contribute to the development of short supply chains, the sustainable management of agricultural and natural spaces, as well as the realization of innovative projects serving the territory and the public interest. Your missions: * Lead complex projects in the aforementioned fields, ensuring institutional coordination, management of public procurement, and the preparation of files intended for communal authorities. * Implement the City's agriculture and food Strategy. * Implement the strategy for doubling vegetable gardens (prospection, partnership, and management oversight). * Coordinate the transversal planning of other Services (climate plan, master plan and communal zoning plan, << communes en santé >> label, etc.). * Manage agricultural areas (plains and alpine pastures): monitoring of lessees, management of leases, agronomic and biodiversity monitoring. * Lead various alpine projects: water retention basins, biotopes, repair of paths, stone walls, etc. * Management of development projects in connection with the agriculture and food strategy in the alpine pastures. * Organize and lead the annual << Nature en Ville >> competition. * Manage the operating and investment budgets related to the agriculture and food strategy. Your profile: * Hold a degree in agronomy and/or environmental science and engineering and/or territorial development and/or nature management or training deemed equivalent. * Benefit from a minimum of 3 years of professional experience after graduation. * Possess solid experience in the fields of environment and agriculture and knowing how to simultaneously lead several projects involving many partners. * Be comfortable both in the field and within decision-making bodies, demonstrating autonomy, diplomacy, and excellent writing skills. * Wish to actively contribute to the ecological transition for the development of local agriculture serving the population of Nyon. * Imperatively know the legal bases in the field of Swiss environment. * Have an excellent writing capacity. * Have proven experience in project management. * Have an enterprising and pragmatic personality, capable of transforming strategic orientations into concrete achievements. * Have a sense of public service and the common good.
