Die Stiftung dreischiibe is an innovative, non-profit social enterprise. In our versatile service and commercial center in Herisau, St. Gallen and Flawil, we create professional and personal perspectives for people with mental impairments at 220 work, training and integration positions. In the day center and the encounter center, we promote social integration with over 63 visitor places.

The offer in the Begegnungszentrum Broggepark in St.Gallen is aimed at people aged 50 and over with mental difficulties. It serves visitors as a daily structure with the possibility to learn something, to orient oneself, to maintain community and to maintain social contact with the outside world.

• You independently lead and design offers for our visitors.
• In doing so, you accompany and support people with mental difficulties in their daily structure.
• As a reference person, you provide supportive assistance to individual visitors.
• During the lunch table, you accompany the visitors and promote exchange.
• You develop, plan and realize new offers together with the team.
• Administrative and organizational tasks round off your field of activity.

Your profile ###

• Training in the social sector or comparable professional field
• Experience in accompanying people with mental difficulties
• Experience in designing creative and manual offers
• Willingness and ability to independently lead different offers
• Knowledge of NADA ear acupuncture is an advantage
• Strong organizational talent and high resilience
• Communicative and team-oriented personality with humor
• Good user knowledge in Microsoft 365 and Redline
