Job description
Job advertisement: FaBeK EFZ / Toddler Educator (50%) with additional substitute function - focus on afternoon care. The Kita Zauberchäschtli GmbH is a family-run daycare center with 25 childcare places per day. We care for children from 3 months of age as well as a lunch table for kindergarten and school children. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a warm, committed and independent FaBeK EFZ or Toddler Educator immediately or by arrangement. The workload is 50%, of which Monday is fixed at 20%. The remaining assignments are distributed over half-days, with a clear focus on afternoon care. Additionally, occasional Saturday assignments as well as assignments for holiday and sickness substitutions may arise. What you bring with you

Completed training as FaBeK EFZ or Toddler Educator
Very good German skills
Sense of responsibility, independence and team orientation
Flexibility, resilience and joy in working with children
Your tasks

Loving care, grooming and promotion of the children
Collaboration in the guidance of interns and apprentices
Co-shaping of daily Kita life, incl. menu and weekly planning
Support in the preparation of meals
Constructive cooperation in the team
Trustful cooperation with the parents
