We are recruiting a property manager

As part of our business development, we are looking for an organized, autonomous person who is comfortable in human relations to ensure the administrative and technical management of a real estate portfolio.

Your main missions:

• Management of relations with owners, tenants and service providers
• Preparation and monitoring of leases, amendments and terminations
• Organization of move-in and move-out inspections
• Processing tenant requests and monitoring work
• Management of claims, statements and administrative files
• Control of rents, reminders and monitoring of unpaid amounts
• Coordination with companies and monitoring of interventions

Your profile:

• Commercial or real estate training
• Experience in real estate management desired
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
• Sense of organization, autonomy and discretion
• Good contact with customers and ability to manage priorities
• Proficiency in standard IT tools
• Driving license desired
