Main tasks
You look after our beverage, snack, and hot drink stations in the BLS passenger trains.
You are committed to customer needs and interact with our guests in a sociable and communicative manner.
You ensure the consumer-oriented cleaning and refilling service of our break areas.
You take over the holiday substitutions of all Railway vending machine attendants.
You perform cash reconciliations
You comply with hygiene regulations
You order and manage the required goods independently
You can fix minor malfunctions yourself.
Education
Training in the hospitality industry or retail (food industry) is an advantage
Profile
You are flexible, resilient and maintain calm and an overview even in hectic situations.
You are proficient in the German language in speaking and writing.
Good manners, a well-groomed appearance and a positive attitude toward life are a matter of course for you.
Physical health is a matter of course for you.
