To provide administrative support to our Academy in Würenlingen, we are looking for a motivated, energetic and reliable personality who will support our Safety Officer (SiBe) in daily business and actively contribute to the further development of our safety culture.

Occupational Safety Clerk (50-60 %) (m/f/d)

Your main tasks:

• You support our SiBe in operational daily business and with administrative tasks related to occupational safety.
• You coordinate internal safety training, prepare documents and ensure complete documentation and follow-up.
• You support the further development and implementation of our operational safety concept.
• You accompany the follow-up of construction site inspections and the planning of measures.
• If interested and with corresponding experience, you will independently carry out periodic safety audits and inspections on our construction sites.

Your profile:

• Commercial vocational training, preferably with experience in the construction environment
• Interest in occupational safety and a strong flair for administrative processes
• Training as a KOPAS or ASGS safety assistant is an advantage
• Structured, reliable and independent way of working
• Confident appearance and assertiveness
• Style-secure communication in German
• Driving license Cat. B mandatorily required
