We are looking for temporary missions in addictology / harm reduction for:

Specialized Nurse in addictology/psychiatry

As a nurse, you will intervene with a population in a situation of great vulnerability, presenting addiction issues often associated with complex somatic, psychic, and social disorders. You will contribute to holistic care, centered on harm reduction, stabilization, and maintaining connection.

Your mission:

• Ensure nursing care (technical and relational)
• Participate in the assessment of health situations and the orientation of beneficiaries
• Manage and follow medication treatments
• Intervene in a harm reduction and damage approach
• Welcome and support beneficiaries in a caring and non-judgmental framework
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Manage complex and crisis situations with professionalism

Required skills:

• Personalized and adapted to the specific needs of patients.
• Respond to patient requests
• Autonomy

Your profile:

• Nursing degree recognized in Switzerland
• Experience in addictology or emergencies or psychiatry
• Manage complex and crisis situations with professionalism
• Ability to evolve in a demanding environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and listening skills
• Autonomy, adaptability, and stress resistance
• Holder of AFGSU 1 and 2 or Swiss BLS certificate
