To strengthen our team in the Supplementary Benefits department, we are looking for a fixed-term position for three years as a
Clerk Social Insurance (Legal Department) (60%)
Your tasks

• Receipt, answering, and triage of telephone inquiries (internal and external).
• Processing, answering, and triage of written inquiries (mail and e-mail).
• Finalization and dispatch of outgoing correspondence (incl. formatting and dispatch approval).
• Management of document filing (scanning, electronic and physical filing, archiving).
• Correspondence with official authorities, especially in the context of requests for official assistance and inspection of files.
• Depending on suitability, you will take over the processing of incoming requests for inspection of files as well as compilation of files.

Your profile

• Completed commercial training (EFZ) and professional experience in a comparable function, ideally in a legal environment (law firm, notary, administration).
• Very good administrative skills.
• Proficient German in speaking and writing as well as good passive French skills.
• Strong analytical thinking skills.
• Independent, exact, and structured way of working.
• Team-oriented and resilient personality.
