Job description
Within the company's Occupational Health & Safety department, you contribute to the deployment and continuous improvement of the OHS policy.
You support managers and teams in risk prevention and the development of a sustainable safety culture.
Your main responsibilities

• Analyze OHS events, ensure the follow-up of corrective actions and the reporting of indicators.
• Facilitate and support the network of OHS relays.
• Advise managers on topics related to occupational health and safety.
• Lead different OHS projects (PPE, ergonomics, training, working at height, workstation instructions).
• Ensure the follow-up of first aid equipment and OHS documentation.
• Participate in the coordination of work with the Maintenance and Building teams.

Profile sought
Your profile:

• Specialized training in occupational health and safety (MSST, federal certificate OHS or equivalent).
• Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in an industrial environment.
• Good knowledge of industrial processes and interest in technical aspects.
• Knowledge in mechanics and/or maintenance, an asset.
• Mastery of MS Office tools.
• English level B2.
• Autonomy, rigor, sense of organization and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing operational projects.
