What you will achieve

• Collaboration at a service station
• Responsibility for the buffet
• Preparation of drinks
• Support of the Chef de Rang
• Implementation of service processes including HACCP
• Carrying out cleaning work
• Leaving the station in impeccable condition

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further training
• Specialization: Gastronomy
• Professional experience: 2 years professional experience in Italian gastronomy
• You are a host heart and soul
• You have good manners and a well-groomed appearance
• You are a team player but are also used to working independently
• You are flexible, able to learn and remain resilient, friendly and courteous even in hectic times
• German (B2)
• Italian (ADVANTAGEOUS)
