Your tasks ##

• Proactively prospect customers
• Competently advise on all products/services (Mobile, Internet, TV), in order to find simple and effective solutions, identify customer needs and exceed their expectations
• Presentation of the Shop as a world of experiences: Present devices and services
• Check the quality, quantity and deadlines of new deliveries
• Correctly prepare goods for the replenishment of the distribution center.
• Receive repaired devices and prepare returns for customers while keeping them informed of the progress of the collection
• Participate in inventories

Our requirements ##

• Diploma (CFC/AFP) in the field of sales.
• Experience in the telecommunications or consumer electronics sector is a great advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Office, Apple and Android products.
• Very good knowledge of French (C2)
• 1:1 coaching during the training period
• Internal training of theoretical blocks in the office premises.
• Temporary commitment for 6 months with option of extension.
• Place of work: Vevey
